3.1 To help students build up self-confidence
Confidence is a prerequisite for people to work well. To those students who study foreign languages, confidence is also and even more important. Therefore, it is very important for teachers to create a relaxed and supportive environment and help students build up their confidence. Here are some tips for the teachers to help build students’ confidence in the speaking class:

3.2 To stimulate the students’ learning interest
We should better develop students’ interest in English at the beginning of study. To develop interest in English study is not very hard. Teachers should provoke the students’ imagination, arouse their interests, get the students’ attention, stimulate their minds and gain their interest.
